Education Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
7 years of experience in product management, wealth management, or financial services. Experience with digital platforms is a plus. Strong interest in wealth management products and client engagement strategies. Exposure to or experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of wealth management, digital engagement, and end-to-end experience transformation. 7+ years of relevant experience leading and managing financial advisory technology, digital wealth / investment platforms or digital transformation in Wealth Management. Experience integrating advisor and client platforms to drive collaboration and optimize the client-advisor relationship. Experience in vendor strategy and rationalization, selecting best-in-class wealth technology partners. Experience in data-driven decision-making, OKRs, and Product adoption. Ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic investment decisions, and lead cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills to drive high-impact organizational change. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented cross-functional environment across multiple geographies.
