Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities ensuring the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. You will design and document workflow, providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Tracking and analyzing business unit trends will also be part of your responsibilities to make impactful recommendations. To excel in this role, you should have domain experience in Wealth Management or Mutual Fund. Your capabilities should include determining project requirements by extracting them from business or industry standards, as well as from current and future users through interaction and research. Anticipating future requirements and identifying core business needs rather than personal preferences are crucial for the role. Organizing business requirements into relevant categories and translating them into technical requirements are also key responsibilities. As a Business Analyst, you will provide training and operational support to business units, acting as a subject matter expert in a specific area/function. Conducting data-driven analysis based on market research and customer data, adjusting priorities according to workload changes, and participating in testing processes are essential tasks. You will document requirements, coordinate product launch activities, and identify data requirements for future analytic studies. Furthermore, driving adoption of common marketing processes, providing training to staff, interfacing with clients, executing functional tests, and providing market research and analysis are part of your role. Sharing tools and best practices from previous organizations for the betterment of the current organization is also expected.
