Job Description

Role Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the CXO office of MRPL, alongside seasoned business leaders from the biggest FMCG companies in the world. You'll have the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of the organization while developing valuable skills in process management, analytics, and stakeholder communication.

Location

1. Andheri East, Mumbai

2. Sampangi Rama Nagar, Bengaluru

Candidate must be agreeable to 6 days working

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of retail operations and store performance drivers to identify and manage unit-level outliers across the business.
Build and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to track key store metrics, highlighting deviations and performance trends for timely action.
Partner with Operations and Regional teams to diagnose root causes of performance gaps, implement corrective measures, and monitor improvements.
Support the CXO Office with actionable insights and progress updates on store performance initiatives.

Key Skills:

Familiarity with SQL and Python is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and coordinate among multiple stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
