Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or solution delivery roles.
• Experience in telecom, IT transformation, or enterprise programs.
• Familiarity with telecom network architecture and upstream data flows (e.g., IPFIX, DPI probes),
including integration with real-time streaming platforms like Apache Kafka and downstream
data lake environments, is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and IT
domains.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills (BRDs, process flows, MoMs, PowerPoint
decks).
• Ability to craft compelling presentations that clearly convey complex ideas, solutions, or
processes to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models and DevSecOps environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-
vendor teams.
• Certifications such as CBAP, SAFe Agilist, or Agile BA are advantageous.
