Job Description

Coordinate with business users to gather, analyse, and document requirements for new features, enhancements, and system improvements.
Create detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Assist in conducting feasibility studies for business application requests and evaluate technical, operational, and resource impacts.
Ensure all requirements are clearly understood by development, QA, and release teams.
Participate in solution design discussions to validate that proposed solutions meet business needs.
Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries during the build phase.
Plan and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, coordination with users, and capturing results.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in requirements and ensure issues are addressed before development.
Collaborate with the release team to ensure functional readiness before deployment.
Prepare user manuals, training guides, and other functional documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with standard processes, documentation templates, and organizational quality guidelines.
Participate in regular project meetings and provide updates on requirement status and UAT progress.
