Business Analyst

As a business analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders, whether they are customers or end users. You will collaborate with internal teams including product managers, business analysts, developers, and quality engineers to enhance product features. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product. - Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. - Participate in sprint planning and backlog prioritization. - Lead requirement gathering sessions to define project requirements. - Prepare detailed documentation on current and future behavior, including impact analysis and dependencies. - Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to stakeholders. - Develop process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide the project team. - Conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure accurate interpretation. - Plan, coordinate, and document meetings to meet project requirements. - Maintain or create platform-related documentation such as Product Features Document, SRS, Product Manuals, and Release Notes. - Conduct competitor analysis. - Possess excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in working with Business Process tools. - Experience in preparing documents like URD, SRS, and Use Cases. - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). - Ability to create flow diagrams and mock-ups. - Strong skills in preparing functional and technical requirements. - Experience in organizing and leading requirements gathering meetings with stakeholders. - Familiarity with functional testing, test case reviews, and supporting testers. - Ability to create use cases and user stories based on requirements. - Proficiency with Issue and requirement tracking software such as Jira. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. - Previous experience in product-based companies from concept to delivery is a plus.
