Business Analyst L4

Role Overview: You will be responsible for liaising and bridging the gap between customers and the Wipro delivery team. Your role involves comprehending and analyzing customer requirements and articulating them accurately to the delivery team to ensure the right solutions are provided to the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and engage with customers to understand their requirements - Interface and coordinate with client engagement partners to comprehend RFP/RFI requirements - Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, and features to capture all customer needs - Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications after thorough research and analysis - Engage with internal teams to design and formulate accurate responses to RFP/RFIs - Periodic cadence with customers to seek clarifications and feedback on proposed solutions - Empower customers through demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions - Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation - Engage with delivery team to ensure the right solution is proposed to the customer - Provide feedback/inputs to the delivery team on the proposed solution - Review test cases to ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements - Support QA team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet business needs - Conduct integration testing and user acceptance demos to validate implemented solutions - Analyze findings, design improvements, and changes based on data modeling practices - Support Project Manager/Delivery Team in delivering solutions to customers - Define and plan project milestones, phases, and elements involved in the project - Drive customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time - Build domain expertise and contribute to the knowledge repository - Engage with other BAs to share expertise and increase domain knowledge - Write whitepapers/research papers and share with the consulting community - Identify and create use cases for different projects/accounts for business enhancements - Conduct market research for content and development to provide latest inputs into projects Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-8 years Additional Details of the Company: Wipro is building a modern end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
