Job Description

Department: Marketing

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Analysts for our marketing division with 0-3 years of experience preferably in the consumer and retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute Marketing and Branding initiatives for the organization and its product lines
Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing campaigns
Support digital marketing and performance marketing activities to drive brand presence and revenue on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.

Requirements:

Candidates must have an MBA degree from IIM .
0 to 3 years of relevant experience as a marketing professional in the consumer(FMCD,FMCG,FMEG )or retail sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel,
Microsoft Powerpoint etc.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
