Job Description

Analyzing customer requirements and building workflow process using Kelsa Performing client requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of the analysis Effectively communicating the agreed requirements with the customer Working closely with clients, tech teams, and management staff Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Required Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn and adopt new tools and processes Desired Skills: The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
