Business Analyst

Role:

You are team player, customer focused, self-motivated, responsible individual who can work under pressure with positive attitude. You will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document the requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Ideal candidates would be proactive, go getter and someone motivated to look for ways to add value to job accomplishments.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and demeanor, enthusiastic when embracing new challenges, able to multi-task and prioritize (good time management skills), willingness to learn new technology and adaptable and flexile when new tasks or projects are assigned. You should be able to work independently with less or no supervision. You should be process oriented, have a methodical approach and demonstrate quality first approach.

What you'll do

• Leading requirement-gathering and digital transformation consulting sessions with clients
• Driving process analysis and documentation
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Collaborating closely with development teams
• Preparing solution documentation, KPIs, and functional specifications
• Collaborating with Presales and sales for proposal building and demos.
• Building case studies and use cases etc., in line with annual strategic and sales initiatives.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Experience in UAT testing.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

What you'll bring

• Years of Exp: 3-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial services and Insurance domain.
• A bachelors degree in B. Tech or B. Tech and MBA (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
