In this role, you will :

• Responsibility 1: Lead the discovery, elicitation, and documentation of comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and user stories to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions .

• Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Operations stakeholders, to define project scope and achieve desired business outcomes .

• Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and relevant regulatory requirements throughout the solution delivery lifecycle .

The ideal candidate will have :

• 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role in the technology or information management domain .

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, business process modeling (BPM), and requirement management tools .

• Proven ability in complex problem-solving, detailed data analysis, and effective stakeholder management across all organizational levels .
