Are you the person who constantly asks "why?" and "what if?" Do you enjoy untangling complex problems more than anything? Our New Initiatives team is the company's incubator for big ideas and bold solutions.

This isn't a role about fetching coffee or doing repetitive tasks. This is a founder's office-style role at the heart of our most critical projects. You'll be tasked with tackling the company's toughest challenges, spotting new opportunities, and helping to architect the next phase of our growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Problem-Solving: Dive deep into the company's biggest challenges
• Project Incubation: Take ownership of nascent projects, from the initial research and analysis phase to creating a roadmap for execution.
• Reachouts : Reachout to different vendors you have identified to establish a relationship with them, so that your projects have a launchpad

• A natural problem-solver who thinks structurally and isn't afraid of ambiguous challenges.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to break down complex problems and synthesize data into clear recommendations.
• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• An excellent communicator, able to present your ideas clearly and persuasively to senior team members.
• You believe that "I don't know" is the starting point for learning, not a dead end.
