• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies for requirement gathering, planning, and project implementation.
• Translating business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications for developers and QA teams.
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and ensuring successful deployment.
• Defining and monitoring KPIs related to product usage, customer behavior, and system performance.
• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting usage data to derive insights that improve user experience.
• Supporting the automation of internal processes for data collection and performance tracking.
• Acting as the communication hub between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  

• At 0-1 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• A degree in B.com from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business processes.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with agile tools.
• The ability to write clear, concise functional requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presentations and stakeholder alignment.
• A highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  

• Have experience working with international clients or teams.
• Are proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, R, or Python.
• Have experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Have previously contributed to improving user experience based on data and feedback.
