Solving tech problems and level-2 (i.e., non-obvious, challenging) bugs that are based on insight, not just product experience. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs raised by QA teams. Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user scenarios. Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Take ownership of issues from discovery to resolution, driving quality throughout the development lifecycle. Develop a deep understanding of the product to identify edge cases, potential issues, and usability improvements. Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide early feedback from a QA perspective. Clearly communicate findings, risks, and QA status to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and documentation.
