What Youll Do

• Support clients in their journey with our fintech products.
• Act as the first point of contact for B2B client servicing needs.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to improving processes and client experience.

What Were Looking For

• Education:

  MBA / Engineering graduates (Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges).

• Experience:

  02 years (preferably in client servicing, B2B roles).

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with teams.
• Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
