Roles And Responsibilites

• Expert in Being proactive and a self-starter, capable of working under limited guidance and supervision
• Process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment - Advanced
• Have a clear understanding of Cyber Security (in areas of Cyber Defence, Malware Protection, Vulnerability Management, Identity and Access Management) concepts and overall information flow. Candidate should present understanding of industry best practices in respective field and awareness of globally recognized standards frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to negotiate, compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations across diverse cultures
• Provide analytical and critical thinking to support consistency of requirements and development of best-fit solutions while solving problems of various complexity
• Excellent presentation skills with an excellent standard of English
• Must be articulate and composed when delivering difficult messages to stakeholders
  

Required Skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Project Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or similar
• 5 years or more experience working as a Business Analyst in large, worldwide organizations
• Working experience with creating different types of business analysis and project documentation for variety of stakeholders (senior management, operation departments, vendors, end users)
• Working experience on dealing with technical Subject Matter Experts being able to run discussions, present solutions and ask questions
• Working experience with processes (analysis, design & optimization - BPMN)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very strong stakeholder management skills
• Open-minded, proactive approach to improve surrounding reality and feeling comfortable adapting to change in fast-paced work environments
• Prior experience in Cyber Security is a strong plus
• Good presentation and communication skills
• CCBA, CBAP certification or equivalent are welcome, though not mandatory
