About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of analysts who develop business-focused content aimed at improving AI models. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, logical consistency, and alignment of analytical outputs with project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a keen eye for quality assurance, and expertise in business analysis within MBA-relevant domains such as finance, policy, e-commerce, and more. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, shaping the future of AI content development without requiring prior AI-specific experience.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Between 3 to 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused projects.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in working with structured file formats such as TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and Markdown.
- Prior experience working on large language model (LLM) performance data, case studies, or academic/research content is a plus.
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with immediate joining preferred.
- Note: No prior AI experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists to ensure high-quality output.
- Allocating tasks effectively, managing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency of analytical content.
- Refining processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
- Providing ongoing performance feedback, training, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Acting as the primary stakeholder contact, providing regular updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Guiding the creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content across various domains such as finance, policy, and e-commerce.
