Position Overview

Business Analyst

This role requires a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understand complex healthcare workflows, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and support the delivery of scalable product features.

Key Responsibilities

Product Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Engage with U.S. clients, internal stakeholders, and product owners to understand business needs, challenges, and product requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on

  RCM workflows

  , healthcare systems, and interoperability requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured

  Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

  ,

  User Stories

  , and

  Functional Specifications

  .
• Evaluate and document existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with product vision.
  

Healthcare Product Development Support

• Work collaboratively with product managers, architects, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Ensure requirements are understood, validated, and implemented correctly.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and workflow modeling to support product design.
  

Client Interaction & Communication

• Serve as a liaison between U.S. clients and internal delivery teams.
• Conduct product walkthroughs, requirement validation sessions, and demos for client stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, requirement clarifications, and risk areas clearly and proactively.
  

Quality & Documentation

• Create and maintain process documentation, use cases, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
• Support QA teams by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, and participating in UAT.
• Ensure product features align with regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and healthcare operational standards.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience

  as a Business Analyst in the

  healthcare domain

  — Healthcare experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of

  U.S. Healthcare RCM

  (Claims, Billing, Collections, AR, Denials, EDI transactions, Payer processes).
• Proven experience working on

  healthcare product development

  (preferred: EHR, RCM platforms, archival systems, workflow automation solutions).
• Experience collaborating with

  U.S. clients

  and understanding U.S. healthcare standards, terminology, and operational models.
• Exceptional verbal and written

  communication skills

  .
• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  data mapping

  , system integrations, APIs, and interoperability (HL7, FHIR, X12).
• Exposure to

  product lifecycle management

  , UI/UX collaboration, or solution design.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare data governance.
