Role Overview

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business trends and performance across key functions (e.g., sales, operations, finance, marketing).
Build automated dashboards, reports, and presentations to track and communicate KPIs.
Identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and process improvements.
Build models for forecasting, optimization, and scenario planning.
Work with large datasets using SQL, Excel/Sheets, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to define and solve business problems.
Support strategic planning, forecasting, and new initiative evaluation.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
24 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
and
SQL
is a must.
Experience with
dashboarding/visualization tools
(Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights.
