Job Description

What You Will Do : Understand the requirements from product owners and coordinate with the developers Create, edit, and manage Jira tickets, ensuring they are clear and prioritized for development efficiency Need to play Scrum Master and BA role for small projects. Assist with and contribute to technical documentation that outlines backend systems and infrastructure processes Collaborate with Technical Product Analysts and Product Managers to derive data insights and improve developer experience What You Will Need : 3-5 Years of experience as Business Analyst Bachelor s degree in computer science or IT. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams. Keen attention to detail with excellent written communication skills. Healthcare Domain knowledge. What Would Be Nice To Have : Exposure to cloud infrastructure environments Basic understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies Exposure to Analytics projects. Basic statistics
