Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Business Analyst/Assistant Manager - Full stack Data Scientist

In this role, the person is responsible for transforming business requirements into valuable insights that drive decision-making in organizations. He/She is expected to handle the entire data science process, from data collection to model deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) with deep dive into Generative AI applications using Python to optimize platform functionalities

• Good exposure with implementing robust CI/CD automation and orchestration using tools like Azure DevOps

• Research and implement appropriate AI/ML algorithms and tools for developing machine learning applications to requirements

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture with real time exposure of developing REST APIs

• Good command for designing and building the entire stack for speed and scalability

• Good exposure for building models, algorithms, simulations and performance evaluation by writing highly optimized, deployable code using AI-ML technologies

• Exposure with building solutions for data discovery, data acquisition, data processing cleaning, data integration, data interpretation

• Define and manage the process of production using machine learning models through MLOps pipelines for development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, verification, validation, and monitoring of AI/ML models

• Involve with stakeholders to analyse for solving business problems using Machine learning/ Artificial Intelligence solutions for deployment on a cloud platform

• Alignment with industry trends, innovations and developments in AI/ML and work with other ML teams to pilot new advances and keep the organisation future-ready

• Understanding customer pain points, business requirements and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress

• Commanding exposure with scope, define, and deliver AI-based data products covering data analysis, visualization, storytelling and data technologies

• Perfectly collaboration of product, data science, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful technical solutions

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor%27s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field

• Significant good exposure in Python/R with relevant year of experience developing and deploying ML and DL models

• Familiarity with algorithms both in supervised and un-supervised learning

Preferred Qualifications/ Skill

• Should have significant command of Generative AI, Microsoft OpenAI platform (Azure OpenAI), GPTs, LLMs concepts and techniques with solid hands-on experience

• Exposure at implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment

• Expertise with hands on experience in Vector Databases for semantic search, Advanced RAG approaches for LLM models

• Very Good experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP with model architecture

• Expertise in effectively building and deploying ML systems using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, sklearn etc

• Exposure in modular, typed, and object-oriented Python programming

• Familiar with the core data science languages (such as Python, R, Scala) and with data systems (e.g.SQL, NoSQL)

• Excellent communication skills with a desire to work in multidisciplinary teams

• Expert for analysing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
