Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst (Lending Domain) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end requirement gathering, analyzing business processes, and designing efficient workflows to support lending operations. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of solutions.
The role requires a strong understanding of lending products, compliance requirements, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess potential risks while designing scalable solutions is essential.Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps is highly desirable. You will be expected to facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation while adapting quickly to changes in priorities.
