Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with IT Project Managers, Development teams, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Analyze current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement areas.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead Scrum ceremonies for the agile development team.
Participate in solution design sessions, providing input on system architecture and functionality.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
