Business Analyst - eCommerce

As a Business Analyst, eCommerce at Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the eCommerce platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing functional expertise in eCommerce to deliver effective solutions for Zoetis business - Collaborating with external service providers, Zoetis IT, and Zoetis Business for global eCommerce implementation - Defining policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a global eCommerce landscape - Providing Business as Usual support for the eCommerce application, including handling break fixes and change requests - Collaborating with other functions to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency - Developing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solution improvements to enhance stability, usability, and functionality Your key responsibilities will involve: - Developing functional requirements documentation such as user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria - Eliciting requirements through various methods like interviews, document analysis, and business process descriptions - Assisting in gap analysis, business process redesign, and roadmap planning - Translating business needs into technical solutions around Digital Customer Experience - Providing information to IT and Business leadership on best practices, industry trends, and business opportunities - Initiating process improvements and training team members, users, and stakeholders as needed - Creating and maintaining updated documentation on business processes, applications, and solutions Your educational background and experience should include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience in eCommerce - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in gathering requirements in the eCommerce space - SCRUM certification (preferred) - Ability to work in a globally distributed environment - Strong track record of executing in a dynamic, team-based setting - Proficiency in understanding customer challenges, problem-solving, and effective communication - Comfort with interacting with all levels of management and staff Additionally, you should possess technical skills such as: - Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in a fast-paced Scrum environment - Ability to understand complex business problems and provide meaningful solutions - Experience working with various stakeholders on business and technology - Familiarity with work management tools like Jira and ServiceNow (a plus) - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Please note the physical position requirement for flexibility to work with at least 4 hours overlap with US EST Time zone.
