Job Summary

The Business Analyst will work with the product management team to analyze business processes, gather and define product requirements, and facilitate the successful design and implementation of a global SaaS Workforce Management solution. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in SaaS product environments, and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and product owners.
• Evaluate user feedback and business data to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Develop user stories, business process models, and detailed functional specifications.
• Maintain and update product backlogs, requirements, and workflow documents.
• Act as liaison between business units, technology teams, and support functions to ensure product objectives are met.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and subject matter experts to translate requirements into effective product features.
• Support testing and validation processes to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Create and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders and executives.
• Stay updated with technology trends and SaaS market best practices for continuous product improvement.
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a SaaS or software development environment.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, synthesize data, and document clear requirements.
• Experience with Agile or iterative development processes and product management practices.
• Proficiency with documentation tools, workflow software, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Good to have Skills

• Experience in HRTech or Workforce Management platforms is desirable.
• Technical understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms.
• Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
