Business Analyst

As a Tech Business / Business Analyst at DXFactor, you will be responsible for participating in ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimization strategies, and sharing ideas and findings in meetings and presentations. Your role will involve performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating results, and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Additionally, you will gather critical information from stakeholders, produce useful reports, work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff, and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. You will also be involved in user acceptance testing, updating procedures, maintaining procedures, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely project completion.
