Position Summary

Business Analyst Real Estate

full-time position

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and business strategies to enhance our U.S. real estate service portfolio.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and investment trends.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence across social media and marketing channels.
  • Track, analyse, and report marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
  • Underwrite real estate deals using ROI analysis tools and financial models.
  • Support new and existing property listings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with city staff, lenders, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.

Qualification and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

    .
  • 3–5 years

    of experience in

    real estate analytics, marketing, or operations

    , preferably in the

    U.S. real estate market

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing platforms

    and

    marketing analytics

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    (mandatory) and familiarity with

    real estate search tools

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights.
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

    in English.
  • Ability to

    multitask

    , manage projects independently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in

    real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and sales processes

    is preferred.
  • Prior experience working

    U.S. night shifts

    is an advantage.
