Business Analyst - CRM

As a dynamic Business Analyst, you will be a key player in the Business Change Management Workstream for the HubSpot CRM implementation project. Reporting to the Project Manager, your role is crucial in identifying, documenting, and facilitating business process and people-related changes resulting from the technology transformation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to map, document, and standardize sales processes and data workflows across business units. You will partner with the Project Manager and Change Lead to analyze and document current processes, as well as design future state processes in alignment with CRM design principles and business objectives. Additionally, you will work on translating requirements into potential system configurations and contribute to change plans for smooth adoption and transition. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in Business Analysis, focusing on process improvement and organizational change. Your expertise in mapping and redesigning business processes using industry-standard methodologies will be valuable. Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. While familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. Experience in large, cross-functional project environments, problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative mindset are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
