Business Analyst

• We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, driving the effective use of Salesforce to meet business objectives.

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and process flows.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support system configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce.
• Conduct user training and create system documentation/user guides.
• Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
• Manage data imports, updates, and data quality initiatives.

• 2 6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, etc.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus.

Preferred:

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with third-party integrations, AppExchange products, and API basics.
• Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning is a plus.
