Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Client Asset Manager to manage IT Asset Management services for our clients. This role acts as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate Installed Base (IB) data management, actionable insights, and seamless lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer Installed Base (IB) data ensuring correct contracts, coverage, and locations.

Onboard new customers, aggregate and reconcile IB data from multiple sources, and present actionable insights.

Identify discrepancies and manage MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities.

Provide ongoing IB maintenance, audits, and data analysis to enhance customer experience.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Experience teams.

Lead client calls, participate in quarterly business reviews, and deliver customer reports.

Develop and execute action plans to improve IB data accuracy and reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies

Customer Engagement: 4+ years overall, with 2+ years in a relevant role.

Excel Proficiency: Advanced level mandatory; ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in handling customers and cross-functional teams.

Data Analytics: Strongly preferred; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.

Asset Management: Preferred experience in IT Asset or Installed Base management.

Project & Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Personal Attributes: Bold, assertive, customer-centric, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Knowledge of Client products and services will be an added advantage.
