Business Analyst

JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Business Analyst who have good US healthcare knowledge with Facets online configuration for applications including knowledge of the Facets database tables, data dictionary. Creating new, Modifying, cloning from existing Procedure Codes, Benefit Summary, Service ID Descriptions, Service Definition, Service Payment, Limit Rules, Limit Accumulators, Deductible Rules, Service Pricing, Service Rule Definition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Understand Facets database structure for the Migration process.
• Maintain Security in Configuration environments
• UNIX

  -

  Execute predefined scripts for adding, deleting, modifying users security
• Monitor Data migration between environments
• Create/maintaining documentation of Facets Extensions & Interfaces.
• MS Access - experienced user: Intermediate skillset (create databases, manipulate data, import files, format data, execute the various queries-make table, append, update)
• MS Access -Create Databases, Link Tables via ODBC, Query Types, Select, Update, Delete, Append, Importing Excel files-formatting to Facets table
• Basic Excel formulas
• Strong communication skills to connect with onshore partners.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors or master’s degree

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3+ years of experience in US healthcare process

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
• Requires Facet/MS Access/SQL experience.
• Health care data experience preferred with benefit knowledge decision making
• Experience with Facets database tables, data dictionary. Sample of Facets Applications ISG configuration will modify (Creating new, Modifying, cloning from existing)
