Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in financial services.

• Prepare comprehensive business proposals and perform detailed business, data, process, and systems analysis.
• Develop individual project artefacts, including Business Requirements documents (BRDs), traceability matrices, UAT plans, and UAT scripts.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and provide strategic planning support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives.

• Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with financial services companies is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
