Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Australia (On-site / Hybrid / Remote ) Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse data, and recommend solutions that support operational improvement and strategic growth. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring that proposed initiatives deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs, opportunities, and challenges. Analyse business processes and develop recommendations for improvement. Create clear documentation, including requirement specifications, workflow diagrams, and reports. Conduct market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Support project teams during implementation, testing, and solution delivery. Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments. Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau). Experience in requirement gathering and process mapping. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to document business needs clearly and translate them into actionable requirements. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with Agile or Scrum environments. Knowledge of project management concepts. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or workflow systems.
