Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to build a strong foundation in business analysis, requirement gathering, and IT project coordination. You will work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and clients to assist in analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations.
Support in creating business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
Help in identifying gaps between business needs and system capabilities.
Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders.
Communicate requirement clarifications and project updates to the team.
Gain a strong understanding of the product, platform, or application modules.
Support in analyzing business challenges and proposing basic system improvements.
Participate in product demos, walkthroughs, and reviews.
Help validate that developed features meet documented requirements.
Report bugs or issues to the development team.
Track project progress and assist in status reporting.

Qualification: Any CS/IT degree in B.E/B.tech, BCA

Experience: 0 to 1 year experience

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
