Title- Business Analyst-BFSI
Having 7+ years of experience as business Analyst in BFSI domain
Experience of working within a business analysis or solution design role, experience on Banking projects
Experience of planning Business Analysis activities Experience of developing
Business Analysis approach documents
Ability to coach and deliver requirements and/or user stories
Ability to coach and deliver As-Is processes
Ability to coach and deliver Re-engineering of To-Be processes to ensure they meet the business need
Ability to understand the business need and translate this into appropriate design documentation
Ability to understand complex and technical discussions and relay this back to stakeholders and offshore counterparts
A high level of proficiency in defining functional and non-functional business requirements, with the ability to clearly articulate them, manage stakeholder conflict and identify key decisions
Experienced with task managing different resource types across multiple locations Ability
