Hiring: Business Analyst – RPA (Automation Anywhere, Healthcare Domain)
We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst with 5–7 years’ experience in RPA (Automation Anywhere) and strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (RCM, claims, billing, AP, EHR/EMR, onboarding, provider data, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Identify automation opportunities in healthcare processes.
Document BRDs, PDDs, user stories, and process flows.
Conduct feasibility/impact analysis.
Collaborate with business, IT, and RPA developers to deliver solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation.
Track and report automation benefits.
Requirements:
Proven RPA BA experience (Automation Anywhere).
Strong healthcare process expertise.
