Business Analyst - Asset Portfolio Management

You will be part of the CIB Architecture team under CIB ITO CIO at BNP Paribas India Solutions. Your role will focus on Asset Portfolio Management (APM) which enables informed decision-making regarding application plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Interacting with SPOCs (User representatives) to drive project goals and communicate with SPOCs and users - Understanding user requirements and collaborating with the technical team for implementation - Documenting and defining processes related to day-to-day work - Generating various status reports, gap analysis documentation, and dashboards for monitoring and tracking - Communicating effectively across organizational, technical, and political boundaries - Advocating and communicating the team's work to create trust and authenticity - Translating and communicating across technical and non-technical stakeholders - Making proactive suggestions for APM process/toolset evolution - Representing APM to higher management in different forums - Conducting workshops/training for various APM users Technical & Behavioral Competencies required for this role include: - Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and macros - Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts and ability to write SQL queries - Strong written and oral communication skills - Knowledge of IT Asset Management Process - Ability to create business analysis documents - Proficiency in MS Office suite Preferred qualifications for this role are: - BE/ BTech, BSc-IT, BSc-Comp, MSc-IT, MSc Comp, MCA Experience Level: At least 10 years Other qualifications that would be beneficial for this role: 1.
