About the Role

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze project, financial, and business data to support strategic and operational decisions.
Collaborate with design, planning, and execution teams to track project performance and progress.
Develop and maintain real estate data models using Python, MongoDB, and Power BI.
Build interactive dashboards and automated reports for performance tracking and insights.
Prepare feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and management reports for upcoming developments.
Support automation, data integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and business growth.
Contribute to the organizations digital transformation journey through data-driven solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 4 - 7 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis within real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
Experience with MongoDB for data storage and management.
Strong command of Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
