Business Analyst

we are hiring for Business Analyst

experience : 6 to 8 years

location : remote

Leading the feature analysis on critical initiatives which require significant strategic change to the solution

Provides analysis expertise to ensure business requirements are consistently converted into solutions consisting of epics and features, considering technical constraints and existing technical architecture/functionality

Partnering with Technology Portfolio Analysts to generate epics from upcoming new business demand

Work alongside the Lead Product Owner to ensure that features are continuously prioritised and aligned to business value streams

Allocates features to Systems Analysts, in conjunction with Squad Leads, for design, estimation and delivery

Ongoing reporting of epic and feature requirements lifecycle progress

Management of cross squad feature requirements and dependencies

Provide support, guidance and line management to the Systems Analysts within the Pod

Bring a shift left mentality to delivery, ensuring that automation and efficiencies are part of the solution by default

Exposure in Camunda or BPM tools will be plus especially ability to create BPM diagrams

Works as part of the Pod Leadership Team to ensure features are regularly added and delivered from the Pod Continuous Improvement backlog

Utilising management information to consistently improve the process through increased efficiency and reduced cycle times

Ensure that analysis standards and processes are followed throughout the SDLC lifecycle

Ensure that MMC and Mercers technical and security standards and processes are followed throughout the SDLC lifecycle

Actively contribute towards continuously improving the Solution Analysis and Design function in Global Technology
