Location : Noida, Sec 26 Timings: 4pm-1am (US Shift); 7pm-4am(US Shift)Mode: Work from office, 5 days a week. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Analyst & Ticket Manager at Octagos Health. The Business Analyst & Ticket Manager will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. They will also be responsible for managing ticketing systems, addressing and resolving user issues, and ensuring ticketing accuracy and efficency. The selected individual will be working in the capacity of the one who can document things, understand requirements ,create tickets and get cleared things from the business side.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
-Should know SDLC, STLC, Defect life cycle and all the testing methodologies, like azile methodology. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams -Experience with ticketing systems and managing user issues -Knowledge of CRM manufacturers, wearables, and remote physiologic monitoring is a plus -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related feild. -Person with Hands on and proven Product and Project Management Experience. -Product Manager/ Owner or Project Managers as they are fully capable of Ticket -Management as it's one of the KRA's along with other responsibilities our key stakeholders expect. -Person with good communication, interpersonal and team management skills. -Person with experience in Product Roadmap creation, Product Vision and Stakeholder management. -Some Experience with Azure Devops and JIRA (For ticket and workflow management)
