Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate dormant companies and prepare detailed reports recommending whether they are worth acquiring. Your role will involve assessing risks, liabilities, and growth potential, preparing clear Purchase or Not reports for management, collaborating with finance, strategy, and legal teams, and supporting data-driven acquisition decisions.
