Key Responsibilities: Assist customers by providing product information and addressing queries. Promote sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-ups. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, or in-person visits. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the inventory, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends.
