Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, assessing the current state of operations, and identifying customer requirements to define future business solutions. You will engage in research activities to ensure that the proposed solutions align with organizational goals and effectively address the needs of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business processes and create detailed specifications for system enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub. - Experience with data integration and management tools. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
