Must have skills : Business Requirements Analysis Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : minimum 15 years of fulltime education Summary :As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and improve business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques. Experience in conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. Familiarity with project management principles. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
