Summary:As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their organizational challenges, facilitating workshops to promote agile methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement transformative solutions that enhance their competitive edge in the market. You will also analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that align with best practices in business agility, ensuring that clients can adapt swiftly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in agile practices.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
