As a Business Advisory Senior Analyst at Accenture, your role involves providing technical repair assistance to Automotive Dealer technicians. Your responsibilities include: - Understanding and identifying the solution for repair issues - Ensuring all available resources have been utilized, such as Accenture search tool, client-provided search portals, and service manuals - Following the client's standard repair recommendations You will be aligned with the Automotive Aftersales vertical to resolve complex technical queries from dealerships. Your tasks will include verification and analysis of Technical Assistance Tickets, implementing practices to improve operational efficiencies, and defining warranty offerings. You will also run outsourced after-sales warranty support programs, evaluate customer feedback, and use warranty data analytics to reduce costs and improve product quality. Qualifications required for this role include: - BE/Diploma in Automobile - 5-8 years of experience in the Automobile industry/Automotive Dealership/Warranty part analysis/Field Engineers/Service Engineers - Problem-solving skills - Adaptability and flexibility - Ability to establish strong client relationships - Results orientation - Hands-on experience with troubleshooting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills In this position, you will be analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with some potential interaction with clients and/or Accenture management.
