Busines Development Manager

About Us:
Cybomb Technologies LLP is a fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in custom web and mobile app development. We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new projects and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for web and mobile app development services.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, networking, and events.
• Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in IT services sales (preferably web/app development).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Experience with B2B sales, LinkedIn outreach, and IT project marketplaces is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Monthly Salary (₹15,000 – ₹28,000, based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: 5%–10% commission on each successfully closed project.
