Execute, monitor and measure marketing processes through use of technology designed to increase productivity and repeatability.

Should have knowledge of CSS pre-processors like LESS or SASS

Strong Knowledge in mobile and tables layouts (Media Queries)[C] JS (DOM, JSON, AJAX, jQuery)

Create or customize JS modules into websites

Advance knowledge in JS libraries, components, best practices and standards

Knowledge in JS optimization[D] Team Handling / Project Management

Should have team handling or project management experience

MCA/BCA/BE/MBA (Computer Sc.) OR BSc. IT

Any project management certification would be added advantageMin. 4-5 years in Templates development & maintenance, working on Content Management System

Min. 1-2 years of experience in handling teams or project management

Experience working on any CMS

Hands on with building responsive/fluid design

Flexible working in shifts

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Knowledge of scripting languages like PHP or ASP.Net

Knowledge of React JS

Knowledge of database architecture

Team handlining

Communication with client

Provides the technical point of view for incoming tasks.

Creates or reviews tasks time estimations

The position requires constant communication with client and other stake holders

Supports the manager with workflow supervision and improvement

Provides significant documentation for team s common task or processes

Help Managers on the creation and follow up of technical action plans for the team

Should have experience in handling teams

Provides alternatives to deal with technical challenges

The position requires working on complex web applications using below:[A] HTML (HTML 4.01, XHTML, HTML5)

Develop complex web architecture and structure from scratch

Should be well versed with Mobile first web development

Create advanced XHTML static and dynamic, structures and templates

HTML 4.0, XHTML and HTML5 understanding of semantic web and best practices

Integrate XHTML pages and modules with a server-side structures[B] CSS (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3 cross browsing, pixel perfect concept, validation)

Develop CSS3style sheets, for a specific page and for an entire site equally

Strong knowledge in best practices

Knowledge in how to create CSS3 based themes

Knowledge in concepts like pixel perfect, cross-browsing

Roles and Responsibilities:
