Job Overview:

We are inviting skilled and passionate trainers to join our academic and corporate training division for C/C++ and Data Structures & Algorithms. The trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality, job-oriented training sessions to engineering and IT students, preparing them for technical interviews and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions on

  C, C++, and DSA

  .
• Design and develop course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide students in solving algorithmic and problem-solving challenges.
• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in project work, coding contests, and placement-oriented preparation.
• Collaborate with curriculum development teams for course enhancement.
• Stay updated with the latest programming trends and interview standards (LeetCode, GFG, HackerRank, etc.).

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in

  C/C++ programming

  and data structures

  & algorithms.

• Sound understanding of

  OOPs concepts, pointers, recursion, STL, and memory management

  .
• Experience with

  competitive programming

  or

  technical interview training is

  preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach both beginner and advanced-level learners effectively.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

  (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent.
• Certification or proven training experience will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years

  of experience in teaching/training OR
• Strong fresher candidates with proven programming knowledge and passion for teaching are also welcome.

• Competitive per-session / per-hour / project-based compensation

• Higher pay for trainers with corporate or industry exposure
