Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across various functions and levels. Align recruitment efforts with business objectives, working closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Drive sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and partnerships, to build a strong talent pipeline. Set and monitor team KPIs to ensure recruitment goals are met and identify areas for professional development. Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, understanding their requirements and advising on best practices to attract suitable candidates. Facilitate smooth communication between hiring teams and candidates, ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment experience. Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to implement initiatives that strengthen the employer brand and increase visibility in the job market. Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support diversity and inclusion, ensuring a balanced and fair hiring process. Track and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to HR leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external vendors to maximize recruitment effectiveness within budget constraints. Oversee and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Qualifications & Experience: 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition with demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting and Onboarding at all organizational levels. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Advanced certifications in recruitment. Required skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and sourcing tools. Strong data analysis skills for recruitment metrics and reporting. Understanding of behavioural interviewing, sourcing strategies, and recruitment marketing. Knowledge of compensation and negotiation techniques. Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment domains. Preferred Skills: Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies. Familiarity with executive search and headhunting methods.
